今日の授業は、「お世辞」についてでした。
外国ではあまりお世辞を言わないらしぃです。
特にレイチェルは、今まで親から謙遜されて人に紹介されたりというこがなかったみたいで、
誰かに紹介されるとき自分のとこを下げて紹介されるととてもいやだし、困ると言っていたことに
少し驚きました。
日本人はだいたい昔から自分を下げて言うことが文化であり習慣だったので平気なのだと思います。

しかしMr. Masden　が、奥さんの料理を「おいしくないかもしれませんが・・・」
と言ったとき、それを日本語で聞いたときは、普通にお世辞として聞こえましたが、
英語で聞くと本気で言っているように聞こえて、なんか変な感じがしました。
日本語ではお世辞のフレーズができているので聞きなれてますが、
英語で言うのはあまりよくないかな・・・と思いました。

its friday today !! Woohoo!!!!!
tomorrow, I'm gunna go to canping with my circle members, like forty people(^-^//
we had a lot of freshmen, so its gunna bu fun!!
I'm excited♪♪
but its gunna be rainy・・・I hope we can have a goot time.
